Winter Storm 2010 Redux

February 8, 2010

Another winter storm hit the East Coast Saturday.  We were lucky in Virginia Beach--we got a lot of rain, but only about an inch or less of snow.  Nothing sticking to the roads.  Northern Virginia and the D.C. area weren’t so lucky.  They got hammered with thirty inches of snow.  More is anticipated for this week, and possibly even more next weekend.  So much for global warming, huh, Professor Gore?  Above is Laura’s driveway.  Here are some more pix from Lisa, Linda and Stephen.

Stephen left both his Volvos buried

This picture from Linda certainly gives those of us who don’t live up there a better appreciation for how much snow they got.
